The calculation is based on the total amount you have
spent at SẮC in the last 12 months.
Each time you make a purchase, the system will
automatically record it in your Membership account
using your phone number.

When your total spending exceeds the new threshold,
the system will automatically upgrade you.
Your tier is maintained for
12 months from the upgrade date.

If you do not reach the corresponding
spending level again in the next
12 months, the system will downgrade
you to a lower tier.
