Customers are kindly requested to provide an
unboxing video
(unedited, clearly showing the package,
product, and the unboxing process).
The unboxing video is the sole basis for SẮC
to support product exchanges in cases of
defects, missing items, or incorrect delivery.
SẮC only supports product exchanges if the
product is unused, clean, unwashed, and free
of any unusual odors.
For in-store purchases:
Customers can exchange
sizes at the store within 3
days of the purchase date
shown on the invoice.
For online orders:
Exchanges are allowed within 3
days for orders within the city and
7 days for orders outside the city
from the date of receipt.
If you wish to return an item,
please check the item and return
it immediately upon receipt.
If the error is due
to incorrect
advice from the
sales staff, SẮC
will cover both
shipping costs.
If the customer
chooses the size
themselves, the
customer will be
responsible for both
shipping costs.
If the unboxing
video clearly
shows the defect,
SẮC will bear all
shipping costs.
Each product can only be
exchanged once.
Exchanges are permitted
for products of equal or
higher value.
Customers can exchange
multiple products,
provided the total value is
higher than the original
product.
Customers will pay the
difference if they choose a
higher-priced product.
In cases where customers
wish to exchange for a
lower-value product, SẮC
will not refund the
difference.
Each product can only be exchanged once.
